About Prayer Times Daily

Prayer Times Daily provides the five daily prayer times — Fajr, Sunrise, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib and Isha — for 1,802 cities across 244 countries. Every time is calculated astronomically in your own browser from the city's latitude, longitude and timezone, for the exact date you pick. Nothing is copied from printed timetables, so the times stay correct on any day of any year.

Methods we support

Communities around the world follow different conventions for Fajr and Isha angles and for Asr. Each city page therefore offers the University of Islamic Sciences (Karachi), ISNA, Muslim World League, Egyptian General Authority and Umm Al-Qura (Makkah) methods, with Hanafi or Shafi Asr — and defaults to the method most widely used in that city’s country.

A note on accuracy

Calculated times are generally accurate to within a minute or two, but high-latitude regions, local custom and mosque policy can shift announced times slightly. Please treat your local mosque's timetable as the final word for congregational prayer.
